Shipping & Returns
A lot of pride and attention to detail goes into each outgoing Luso order. We strive to ship all orders out quickly, usually within 1-2 business days. Items on back order or with longer than normal processing times will be noted as such on the product page. Carriers we use: USPS, UPS, FedEx. All orders are insured and guaranteed to arrive safely.
Returns
We're confident that you're going to love our products but should you ever need to return an item, we're here for you. Items in new/unopened condition or defective items are elligible for return within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us for approval before shipping merchandise back to Luso.
Upon receipt of an elligible return Luso will inspect and issue a credit or exchange within 4 business days.
